Women Only
Assign a bed in the Women Only trailer.
Deployed
Trailers currently deployed to an incident.
Inventory
Your physical trailer fleet — Trailer # and VIN.
Add a physical trailer to your fleet once. Each trailer is tied to its VIN. When deployed to an incident it becomes unavailable to other incidents.
Reserve Trailer
Reserve an entire trailer for a crew for the duration of the incident. Reserved trailers are only used for that crew during Auto-Assign; all other trailers remain available for daily check-ins.
Bed History
Maintenance
All notes entered from the Trailers section, organized by trailer.
Left Behind
Items guests left behind, by trailer. Hit Returned once picked up — it moves to that guest's History record.

42 beds per trailer. Changing count auto-redistributes Pending assignments.
Devices that log in with this incident's name and number will only see the sections toggled on below. You (the creator) always have full access.

Automatically checks out all Assigned guests at the set time each day, freeing up beds.
Outside the manual window, beds are assigned automatically the moment someone reserves. During the window, reservations stay Pending and you assign manually.
How individuals stack up. Filling trailers one at a time keeps more trailers fully empty for incoming crews.
Upload your logo to white-label the app — it replaces the logo in the header, login screen, live view, and reservation page. Saved with your settings so it shows on every device.
Unchecked spots keep the built-in default logo.
A PNG with a transparent background works best. Logos are auto-resized.
The printed QR sheet has a white background, so a white logo won't show. Upload a dark/colored version to use just on the printout. If left empty, the poster uses your main logo (or the built-in default). Preview below is on white to match the paper.
The dashboard's All-Time total counts every bed-night across all incidents. Set it to a specific number to correct it after testing — this just moves the starting point, applies across all incidents, and real check-outs keep adding on top. Enter 0 to reset.
To fix the This Incident count, click the Beds Slept In tile on the dashboard, open View by day, and press the ✕ next to any test check-out to remove it. No guest or history records are ever deleted.
